You’re invited to the Summer & Diversity Fair 2025! on Friday 20th June 2025, Time: 15.45-18.45

Join us for a day filled with exciting activities, games, carousal, bumper car, delicious international food, and live performances, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, entry is completely FREE! Bring your friends and family along for a fantastic time!

At the fair, we accept tokens for payment of games, food, drinks, and other activities.

To avoid long lines at the fair, we recommend buying tokens in advanced.

You can collect online-purchased tokens in advance. Please keep an eye on your email for the collection date. Alternatively, you can collect them at the Fair. Look for the sign: “Collect Your Online-Purchased Tokens.”

NOTE:

  1. We will sell the Wristband separately for using at the Obstacle course. £5/wristband and it is for whole day at the Fair. Yellow is for KS1 (FS, Y1, Y2), Grey is for KS2 (Y3, Y4, Y5).
  2. Tokens cannot be used for Bumper car and Carousel.

Games/Activities:

Coconut shy, Hook a duck, Treasure dig, Face painting, Bouncy castle, , Penalty shoot, Raffle (a chance to win £100 and Rainbow Hamper baskets), Market stalls and much more fun games!

We use tokens instead of cash. All games , activities and buy food & drink & ice cream start from 50p -£3
1 token – 6 tokens. (50p = 1 token).
Example:

  • Pick a lolly: 1 token/go win prize every go
  • Hook a duck :1 token/go
  • Treasure dig: 2 tokens
  • Sand art: 1 token – 4 tokens.
  • Glitter/Face painting: 6 tokens
  • Penalty shoot: 1 token
  • Meet the Fireman: Free
  • Boxing challenge: 1 token
  • Squash challenge: 1 token
  • Rugby challenge: 1 token
  • And More..

However, carousal , bumper car and external stall holders need to pay to the operator/seller directly which they accept cash/card payment.

To purchase Raffle tickets:

Children will bring home a booklet containing 5 raffle tickets in their bags. Please refer to the picture below to see which part of the raffle ticket needs to be returned to school along with the payment. £1/Raffle.

We have many prizes this year but our top prize is still £100 cash!! then Rainbow hamper baskets and then vouchers.

Authentic Indian food, hot dogs, Asian food, African, Jamaican, Vegetarian food, ice cream, donuts, tea/coffee and more.

Entertainments:

Kick boxing, Bollywood dancing, Indian fashion show, Singing , Choir and more.

Fairfields Summer Circus & Fair

On July 21st 2023, Fairfields Primary School PTA will be hosting a real Big Top Circus and fair.

Entry to the fair will be free and tickets to watch the circus will be £12 each. If you buy your tickets before April 30th they will cost only £10! You can also get a family ticket discount if you buy 4 tickets or more. Please invite your family & friends to enjoy the circus.

The fair will have lots of activities including:

  • Food, Drinks & Ice Cream
  • Free Professional Entertainer
  • Games, Crafts and Face Painting

The fair will start at 3:30PM.

Big Top Circus Schedule:

  • Collect online ordered circus entry tickets at the counter before 17.00
  • Big Top opens (17.00)
  • Pre-show (17.10)
  • Show starts (17.30)
  • Interval (18.15) Snacks/Drinks/Ice Creams will be available for tokens.
  • Second Half starts (18.45)
  • Show Finishes (19.30)

Some fair activities will require tokens, with prices ranging from £0.50 to £2.00 per activity. You can pre-buy activity tokens here!

No dogs, bikes or scooters allowed inside the field or circus.

All funds raised will go towards improving the school playground.

The Circus provides a professional all human (no animals) 2.5 hour experience presented by a 15-strong touring team in a colourful Big Top seating 600.

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute pre-show warm-up, followed by a 45-minute performance which precedes a 30-minute interval, ahead of a second 45-minutes of entertainment. At the end of the show, there is the opportunity for FOC photos with the performers.

The show features different acts and is hosted by the Ring Mistress and Clown introducing Acrobats, Aerialists, Speciality Acts, Magic and Audience Participation with loads of fun and much, much more!

The Circus has a colourful all-weather Big Top with innovative sound and lighting technology. The circus is designed for school/sports fields and parks, being particularly ideal for urban premises and villages with restricted access. Transport includes no articulated lorries.

The show is compliant with Risk Assessments, Fire, Health & Safety documentation, and £10m Public Liability Insurance. All staff abide by a strict code of conduct.

Note that tickets are general admission and seat numbers are not reserved.
